Professional focus
I combine experience from industrial operations, IT infrastructure and software development with artificial intelligence. I design and deliver automated solutions – from databases and internal applications to local AI models and intelligent automation of business processes.
About me
Stability. Reliability. Automation.
I am Mykhailo Hyndriuk – a specialist in IT operations, industrial automation and application development. I connect the worlds of manufacturing, IT infrastructure and data to help increase the efficiency, stability and security of systems.
My advantage lies in connecting several fields: I understand system operations, databases and application development, and I use this experience when designing automated solutions with artificial intelligence. For me, AI is not a new field but the next step in the work I have been doing for a long time.
Technology in manufacturing
Hands-on experience in real production gave me a solid foundation for working with technologies where precision, reliability and safety matter.
I have experience operating production equipment that requires precision, technical discipline and adherence to safety procedures. I worked with laser technology for precise shape cutting of materials, with a large-format Billhofer laminating machine that requires control of feeding mechanisms, regulation of pressure and temperature and continuous quality control, and with a crane in a metallurgical plant, where I handled heavy loads and coordinated the work of two riggers.
My experience also includes working as a designer in a printing house, where I designed paper structures and packaging solutions. I prepared technical documentation, production drawings and manufacturing documents.
I delivered designs end to end – from the initial idea through structural design to the physical production of samples for clients. I also worked with a plotter and verified in practice whether a design met technical and operational requirements.
This experience gave me a strong foundation in technical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to turn a design into a real product.
It taught me to work with machine control, process control parameters and safety standards, and created a solid foundation for the next steps in production automation.
From manufacturing to automation
I gradually moved from manual production to digital process control and automation.
I built on this experience while working with a Zünd digital cutting and milling system, which became my first tool on the boundary between manufacturing and automation.
There I gained practice in creating and preparing production data, programming cutting paths and setting process parameters for a wide range of materials, including non-standard ones.
Designing and optimising technological procedures, verifying them in real operation and fine-tuning them for higher efficiency led me to my current work on designing and implementing solutions in industrial automation and robotics.
Robotics and 2nd level support
I combine experience in robotics with 2nd level IT support and incident resolution in production systems.
As a robotics technician, I fine-tuned FANUC welding robots directly on the production line – from diagnostics and adjusting paths to current needs to repairs that minimised downtime. The work also included training operators and documenting interventions.
I build on this experience as an IT Operations Support – Level 2 engineer, combining knowledge of production technology with 2nd level support.
I resolve incidents in MES systems, OPC communication, SQL databases and other systems, analyse logs and hand over verified solutions to the automation team and end users. This allows me to quickly connect the worlds of manufacturing, IT infrastructure and industrial robotics.
Application development and data automation
Day-to-day work in IT operations created a need for my own tools – so I develop applications and automations that solve specific operational problems.
I program in Python and JavaScript and work with Node.js and REST APIs on the server side. I work with Microsoft SQL Server databases in T-SQL and use Redis for fast data exchange and data integration.
I develop internal applications and dashboards that give a clear view of system status and make everyday work easier. I automate monitoring, log analysis and processing of operational data so that problems can be detected before they affect users or production.
The advantage is that I know operations from the inside – I know what information a technician really needs when resolving an incident, and I design tools accordingly.
AI engineering and intelligent automation
The next step is artificial intelligence – deployed where it brings practical value and operated with the same care as any other system.
I deploy and operate local language models on my own infrastructure. On top of them I build AI agents for specialised tasks – each with a clearly defined job, such as processing a certain type of e-mail or document.
I orchestrate automated processes so that the individual steps follow each other reliably. I connect models to documents, databases and applications and also use them for knowledge systems that can be searched and used through conversational assistants. Important or unclear cases are always left for a human to decide.

Local AI
Business data under your own control.
I design and operate solutions based on local language models that process information in a closed environment without sending company data to cloud AI services. Tasks are handled by specialised AI agents, each with a clearly defined job.
I do not stop at the design. I develop, integrate, operate and monitor my own AI systems on local infrastructure. Thanks to my background in IT operations, I focus on stability, automation and control of the entire process.
How the solution is built
- 01 Inputs e-mail, documents, databases, APIs
- 02 Orchestration control of tasks and AI agents
- 03 Local AI model inference on own hardware
- 04 Control rules, human approval, monitoring
- 05 Outputs files, records in systems, replies
Why local AI?
Data privacy
Company documents and information are not sent to external language model providers during AI processing.
Infrastructure control
Models and related services run on locally managed hardware.
Independence from cloud AI
Local inference on your own infrastructure, without sending requests to commercial AI APIs.
Integration and customisation
Solutions can be connected to databases, documents and existing business processes.
It is the AI processing itself that is local. The automation still communicates with integrated services the company already uses – for example an e-mail server or an information system.
What I can automate
Practical areas of use
Practical example
Automated processing of business communication
A working solution for a company mailbox: each incoming message is automatically routed to the appropriate specialised AI agent, and a human decides wherever it is needed.
- 01 E-mail received message including attachments
- 02 Request recognised content analysis and type detection
- 03 Handed to an agent specialised agent by request type
- 04 Processing information, documents and attachments
- 05 Output document, report or basis for a reply
- 06 Human decision when unclear or for important decisions
Other areas of use
Document processing
The required data is extracted from invoices, orders and other PDFs and turned into a spreadsheet, report or export for another system.
AI knowledge systems
Internal guides, notes and documentation in one searchable place, answered by a conversational assistant.
Connection to databases and systems
Automation results are written directly into an SQL database or an information system via API – without manual retyping.
Monitoring of operational data
Continuous checking of logs and system states, alerts on unusual events and regular automatic reports.
Tailored internal applications
A web tool or dashboard for a specific workflow that replaces manual work in spreadsheets.
